Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookie

28 Oct

I’m glad I’m not allergic to nuts, peanuts, and etc because Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies are too delicious to be not

consumed!  As you know, I’ve experimented a little with whole wheat flour.  These cookies brought out the peanut butter and honey flavors. They came out alittle dry and I added oats to give it texture.  I put less sugar and honey since 1 cup of honey/sugar seemed really sweet.

Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies   (Modifications: Added oats, chocolate chips & baking soda, less sugar/honey, 10 minute baking time)
